Dyslexia tutoring for Woodbury
Structured-literacy reading help for Woodbury children, one-on-one. Our center is a short drive away in Oakdale, about ten minutes from most of Woodbury, and we tutor online too. The same method, the same tutor each week.
A reading specialist right up the road.
Woodbury is one of the largest cities in the east metro, and for years families here had to drive across the Twin Cities to find real dyslexia help. Not anymore. Our center sits just north in Oakdale, at 7815 3rd Street N, a short trip up Century Avenue or I-694 from most Woodbury neighborhoods.
Prefer to skip the drive entirely? We also tutor Woodbury families live online, the same one-on-one lessons we teach in person at our Saint Paul center.

Reading help for Woodbury students.
We work with students who attend the South Washington County schools that serve Woodbury, including Woodbury, East Ridge, and Park high schools and their feeder elementary and middle schools, plus private and home-school families.
Our tutoring does not replace what happens at school. It fills the specific reading and spelling gaps with the explicit, one-on-one instruction a busy classroom cannot give. You do not need a diagnosis or an IEP to start, and if your child has one, we build around it.
Built around your child
Every plan starts with a free consultation and an assessment, so we begin exactly where your child needs us, not with a generic curriculum.
Structured literacy that finally sticks
We teach the way dyslexic brains actually learn to read, with explicit, hands-on, step-by-step instruction.
Reading & spelling
Taught with the Orton-Gillingham based Barton Reading & Spelling System, so the sounds and patterns of English become something your child can see, hear, and move with their hands.
Math, writing & homework
Hands-on, mastery-based math with Math-U-See, plus support for dysgraphia and patient homework help that builds independent study skills.
Who we help
Children with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and ADHD, from early elementary through high school. See the signs we look for ›
How it works
A free consultation, an assessment, then a plan built around your child. See our approach ›
We measure reading, so you can see the growth.
A standardized assessment shows where your child starts, and we reassess along the way. You get an honest, concrete picture of progress, not just a feeling that things are better.
